4. Finance-driven Business Model Canvas
Financially driven innovations at the BMC occur because the product or service has been made more attractive to customers in financial terms. For example, by reducing costs (adjusting the cost structure), generating other income (for example, financial leasing or offering subscriptions instead of purchasing the product all at once).
It may also be that the price for purchasing the korea telegram data product has been adjusted downwards, but that most of the money is actually earned from maintenance or supplies (parts, raw materials) for using the product.

The income is based on commission and not a daily rate like with traditional car rental companies (finance-driven). The costs are of course much lower, because there is no maintenance or management of the fleet.
Often a choice of one of these approaches is a matter of a good analysis of the building blocks of the BMC. Each adjustment usually results in the other building blocks changing to a greater or lesser extent. This creates a new BMC with an improved (healthier) business operation.
