Ever since I founded Pakisino, I wanted to run the business as a team or organization rather than alone, so it's been a year of exploring different options.
A big thing was that we started hiring interns. There is a fixed idea that it is young, talented people who change the world, so we wanted to hire interns somehow.
As a result, an excellent intern joined us. We wanted to run an owned media, so we are working together with the intern. We are using AI to create articles, and inquiries are being generated via the site (the interns canada whatsapp number data are amazing)!
We are still looking for interns, so if there are any young people who want to experience ventures (of course, we welcome anyone who sympathizes with our vision, not just interns), please contact us.

And when it comes to supporting customers, there is a limit to what I can do alone, so I have had the help of many people with expertise in the CS field. We are starting to create a system where we can respond as a team, asking for help with design and accompanying support in the CS field.
However, most of the people we had been contacting had been there for over a year, so there really was a lag of about a year in the hiring process.

Pitta is a casual interview platform that allows you to directly connect with people within companies by finding something to talk about.
We also launched a sales organization and tried to strengthen our own sales. I am not familiar with sales, so I was not able to create an overall strategy and I feel that we could have done a little more. It also increased the burden on the members who worked with us. I would like to reconsider this in 2025.
