Darn Easy by Peggy McColl and Brian Proctor *
Even though I had known the name Bob Proctor for a long time, I had never read or seen anything by him. The name came back to me through Sandra Reekers and I was simply curious about what he teaches and conveys. After reading "My Father Knew the Secret," I bought this book by his son and Peggy McColl. The book conveys the idea of "rags to riches. Anyone can do it!" in its purest form. Anyone who gets involved can take a lot of motivation away from it to get going.
My favorite quote:
Don't just dream it. Take action and do it.
You already know the essence of the el salvador telegram screening saying from Walt Disney: If you can dream it, you can achieve it. But Juliette sums up the important point here in a nutshell: Dreaming alone won't get you anywhere! You have to take action and do something!

I came across this book by chance. The title was exciting, as was the sample reading - and I was not disappointed. The way storytelling is explained here is, in my opinion, the best thing I have ever read on the subject (and I have read many books on the subject - by both German and English-speaking authors). But that is not the only thing this book is about. Absolutely worth reading! (Even if I don't agree with all of the authors' conclusions, especially at the end of the book).
My favorite quote:
We discover stories everywhere because we want or need to find them everywhere, even if they are abstract forms. Our brain doesn't just look for stories - it is addicted to them.
You've probably seen or experienced it yourself: When two clouds merge in the sky and the hare eats the wolf then you're telling yourself a story based on the cloud formations. That's why my personal lesson: Tell (even) more stories!
