Configure WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Emails

You can easily set up automated emails for WooCommerce abandoned carts using FunnelKit Automations .

Once activated, visit the FunnelKit Automations » Settings page from the WordPress admin sidebar and switch to the 'Cart' tab in the left column.

Once you've done that, check the "Enable cart tracking" box. You won't be able to run an automated abandoned cart workflow until you enable FunnelKit Automations to track product carts on your site.

You can also configure other settings here, including the timeout for marking a cart as recoverable, blacklisted emails, and GDPR consent .

Then simply click the “Save Settings” button to store your changes.

Next, go to the FunnelKit Automations » Automations page from the WordPress Dashboard.

Click the “Add New Automation” button in the top right corner of the screen.
