"Well, I'm not lucky enough to know you. It seems that I'm going to make some new friends tonight," Ramon replied. "Although in your case, with Nokia's track record, I don't know what you're going to teach me."
“I just want you to see what the future will be like if you don’t change. Thinking you’re the best and thinking that will last forever, no matter what you do, can be your worst mistake.” Suri looked sad and worried brazil phone number library the same time. “Don’t do like us. Learn, change, take advantage of the opportunity you’ve been given to become greater. If you don’t, I assure you, you won’t survive .”
“Look, I’m really tired and I’m going home,” Ramon said as he put on his coat and turned off the lights. “You do what you want. It seems like everyone does what they want today.”
The two of them walked out the door of the Compuware office building. At this time of year, at 7pm, it was already dark and there were hardly any people on the streets, except for a small group of about 10 people talking heatedly a few metres away from where they were.
"What's going on there?" asked Ramón.
«Come and see.»
When Ramón arrived at them, he saw that they were a group of Compuware workers, including Iván, their sales manager.
“It was certainly coming. The last year has been a disaster and we have lost clients. No offense, Ivan, but you haven’t brought in a new project in months.” The speaker was Lucas, the company’s IT manager.
“I know. We have tried everything possible to fix it, but it seems that people no longer trust us. After the Clientalia disaster, the news of how we had let them down spread like wildfire and our competitors have taken full advantage of it,” Ivan replied. “We have not been able to fight against it.”
«And to top it all off, instead of trying to fix the situation and improve customer service, Ramón's attitude has been to blame others, to fire people and to put more pressure on us,» responded Carmen, one of the best programmers in the company. «Things have only gotten worse little by little and the end was already foreseen.»
"What are you talking about?" asked Ramon. "The company is doing great and we haven't fired anyone all year."
“Maybe you haven’t realized it yet, my friend Ramón,” said Suri. “I am the spirit of Christmases to come. It’s December 2017.”
Ramon looked into his eyes. Suri's eyes were clouded with tears. "I know what you're thinking, I've been through this before. You think you've done nothing wrong, but somehow, you've lost , Ramon."
