Although there were automation workflows for the course sales processes, communication was complicated after the sale because there was no record of the users' activity within their courses. This was due to the disconnection between our partner's platforms .

The first step to solve the disconnect between the platforms was to integrate them with HubSpot so that every time a user generates a lead, a sales process deal is created. To do this, we created the API codes that the client's Development team should have in the backend .



This is done with the aim of saving data such as names, courses of interest, among others. This way we can see what stage the user was in to guide them to the purchase . After the sale is completed, a personalized object or custom object is automatically created , which will provide us with information about the progress of each contact within the platform.

In other words, the custom object 's functionality is to see what stage of the course the contact is in, whether they had no activity, or when their last activity was recorded . In this way, we could map all the activity within a contact's course in the HubSpot platform.
