Third and final step in the strategy we propose to have a more efficient time management and a better organization. In this case, we propose a list of 10 tips that can help you put order in your agenda.
The third step of the strategy has to do with changing habits and organizing your time. You have been able to clean up time thieves and focus where you should, you are now able to prioritize clearly, but it is possible that the same thing happens to you as to our friend Arturo:

“Like a Miura, I arrive at work full of good intentions, but when I see a cape in front of me I rush in without looking. The worst thing I can handle is email, as soon as I open it I start answering it without further ado. Then calls, tasks, clients… until suddenly at 5 in the afternoon I remember that the next day there is a very important meeting that I haven’t started preparing. So at that time, exhausted and with my attention span at a minimum, I start preparing it. And when I get home I feel like I haven’t finished anything.”

Create your habits
Having clear ideas about what is important to accomplish does not necessarily lebanon telegram mobile phone number listmean being able to execute them well. Arturo's problem, for example, has little to do with good intentions and a lot to do with bad habits. Starting to manage time properly begins with the need to create efficient habits so that our day-to-day life is more productive.

Below I propose a decalogue that will allow you to break bad habits and create new ones.

1 – Weekly vision
Review your schedule before you leave on Friday, or first thing Monday morning. You need to have clear meetings, tasks, and time slots available in the time frame of the week. This is the time to set your strategy for the next seven days.

2 – Start with the meetings
It is the only thing you have no real control over, as you depend on other people and other people depend on you. Also remember that you are using the time of everyone who takes part in them. For these reasons, it is the first thing you should control in your agenda.

3 – Plan the strategic
Once the meetings are over, review your list of strategic topics - important and non-urgent - and include them in your agenda. These times are fixed unless something really important and urgent comes up. Be realistic (and a little generous if you can) when assigning times.

4 – Check your to-do list
