What are Groups?
Mailfence groups are secure shared workspaces that are only accessible to specific Mailfence users. Access to these groups is strictly by invitation. The shared workspace is present in the following Mailfence tools: Calendar , Documents and Address Book .

Once users become members of a group, they can only access data shared by the group administrator. They cannot delete, add, or modify data. However, the Group Administrator can also assign tool- or folder-based access rights to specific group members, to allow them to add, modify, or delete group data. He or she can also create co-administrators.
