But what's more, once present, the visibility women gain in the tech sector, as in so many others, is also infinitely lower : they are less frequently invited to speak at public forums, cited in the media, and their achievements are less widely recognized. In short, they appear less frequently and therefore have less capacity to become role models. The vicious cycle perpetuates itself.
