A UX Writer is in constant communication with the design team and must also have knowledge of UX design and research. Once they understand the business purpose, the first thing they do is research : you can't write without knowing who you're writing for; that is, who the buyer persona is for whom the texts will be addressed.
With this fictitious figure already defined, we continue to investigate rich people database what the user's problem or concerns are and how our product or service would resolve them.
The last thing he does is write. Instead of simply posting compelling text, he first studies the company's brand manual or style guide. With a reference to the required voice and tone , he customizes the interface texts to create a closer relationship with the user.
Together with the designers, the UX Writer participates in the wireframing process with prototypes : initial, non-definitive, guide texts that accompany the design to help the consumer.
The text is tested and modified until a final result is achieved that achieves good user interaction and meets the company's goals, such as informing or converting.
