In October, we worked on improving and enhancing our platform, and also held a useful webinar with our partner Gupshup. Read more about what was interesting in October in our digest.



If, within a set time (the time is oman mobile database set by the "Manager", "Administrator" or "Manager of operators"), neither an employee nor a client sends a message to the chat, the system will send a warning sound signal or a pop-up notification to the operator. Please note that the countdown starts from the last message from the operator or user.

The new function will allow operators to comply with the SLA. For example, the operator needs to clarify the details of the client's question, but the solution to the problem requires more time. In this case, this setting will promptly send him a notification that the user has been waiting for an answer for a long time, and it is necessary to explain the situation so that he does not decide that he has been forgotten and exit the chat. This setting will also allow operators not to forget to close completed dialogues.



Editing and deleting contacts in the client card

Sometimes an operator can make a mistake when adding a client contact, or some contacts become irrelevant. We have added the ability to edit unconfirmed contacts to make working with the card even more convenient. The functionality is available both in the RMO (operator workstation) and in the LiveTex personal account. Also, if a contact is no longer needed, you can delete it. This function works for both confirmed and unconfirmed contacts.
