I was impressed by the breadth of features available for such an affordable price.

It's an all-in-one CRM that covers all aspects of CRM, marketing, and sales, making it a younger HubSpot. The company even uses the same method to structure its products, with a free CRM at the center and a series of "bays" around it (like HubSpot's "hubs").

The biggest advantage of EngageBay is precisely this: you can get everything (and that's a lot of features) in one place.

The free CRM itself doesn’t offer a lot of features, so if you want something comparable to the other CRMs on this list, you’ll have to quickly upgrade to the paid offering. In this regard, the pricing also becomes comparable to most of the other products on this list (except, of course, HubSpot and Salesforce products, which are significantly more expensive).

The downside is that the interface isn't the iran cell phone number list prettiest or the smoothest and some things are a bit buggy , but this is a young and relatively cheap product that has built in a lot of features, so that's neither abnormal nor surprising.

Overall, EngageBay’s ratings on G2 and Google Play put it in third place in this ranking. (It doesn’t have an email plugin available on the Google Workspace marketplace, so I factored an average rating of 3.9 into the score to avoid skewing the ratings.)

The test run
When I tried EngageBay, The platform aimed to offer a complete solution, combining CRM, marketing, and sales features. Setting up the system was relatively easy, but as I dug deeper, I noticed that the user interface had some imperfections. The experience wasn’t as polished as I would have liked, with occasional bugs and slower performance. Still, for a small business on a tight budget, EngageBay provided a solid suite of tools without breaking the bank, even if it wasn’t the easiest to navigate.
