Zoho is a real household name in the CRM industry, so I couldn't leave it out of this ranking.
The company launched its CRM product for small businesses in 2005 and has always positioned itself as a cheaper alternative to Salesforce, which is its main selling point.
If you're looking for CRM software for an agency, Zoho offers several tiers (and even multiple products: Zoho CRM, Zoho CRM Plus, Zoho One, ...). plan, which has the lowest price of all the platforms in this comparison.
The test run
Testing Zoho CRM was a mix of convenience and japan cell phone number list frustration. The platform is known for being a budget-friendly alternative to more expensive CRMs like Salesforce, and that translates into both positives and negatives. Setting up Zoho CRM was fairly easy, and I appreciated the range of customization options available right out of the box. However, as I used the CRM more, I found it lacking in the polish and usability of some of its competitors.
The interface is usable, but it feels somewhat clunky and outdated. Navigating the CRM requires more clicks than I’d like, and some features feel buried under layers of menus. Zoho CRM offers a good selection of tools, like email tracking and pipeline management, but they often require manual entry and don’t integrate as seamlessly as I’d like.
Despite these drawbacks, Zoho CRM offers good value for money. It’s a solid option for agencies on a budget, but you have to be willing to accept a less intuitive user experience. If you’re looking for a CRM that lets you get the job done without breaking the bank, Zoho CRM is worth considering, but be prepared to compromise on ease of use and efficiency.
