How does successful copywriter Michaela Weikertová , who you may know better by her maiden name Mužíková, view content ?
"I see content as any communication. This means that it is not only a website or a blog article, but also a sign on the front door, a message in a package or a signature in an email. That's why I like to look at all of their corporate words as a whole with clients. Because when we map out what and how to say across channels, it only really works."
If you create texts for the web yourself, or are a copywriter, then don't miss Míša's e-book with 365 copy tricks, which you can download for free on her website .
A tip from us at Včeliště: For content to work, you need to know who you are writing it for. We also talked about the importance of personas in our podcast , where you will also learn how to recognize whether they are poorly/well created.
I asked the same question to Nikola Zubalíková , who lives by content. She works as a content & event specialist at the Besteto agency , which focuses on performance marketing in the e-commerce sector. What was her answer?
"What is content? It's almost a philosophical question. For me, content is everything a company poland phone number data fills its website, social networks, newsletter, internal company forums, emails... It's all communication that shows both the outside world and people inside the company what its values are, what customer problems it solves, how it approaches its employees. What its vision, goals and mission are. It's important to realize that content is not just about the written form. It's also a way of expressing yourself in spoken form. You can have a workshop or organize an event. All your presentations fall into the content that you as a company create. Content creates the tone that your brand speaks to. So if a company thinks it doesn't create content, it's terribly mistaken. We all create some content. The question is then whether we do it the best we can."
