Quantitative research involves measuring and statistically analyzing numerical data. It allows for gaining insight into user behavior and preferences, identifying patterns and relationships, and testing hypotheses.
For the purposes of a UX audit, the following is carried out:
Surveys
This is certainly a well-known tool that allows you to collec spain telegram data t information from a large group of respondents using a set of closed or open-ended questions. Surveys allow you to measure satisfaction, preferences, motivations, expectations and problems of users.
The key here is of course the selection of the right target group, as we wrote above. Simple tools such as Google Forms are enough to conduct such surveys.
