The importance of communicating with SEO engineers about web redirection

First of all, we need to understand what 301 and 302 redirects are.

301 Redirect (Permanently Moved) - The webpage has been permanently moved, that is, it permanently redirects to another webpage.

The page you requested has been permanently moved to a new page. For example, you may have originally wanted to access the page of http://www.seoseo.com.tw (a page using the Http protocol), and you will be automatically directed to the page of https://www.seoseo.com.tw (a page using the Https security protocol). For SEO purposes, this website code is used to notify search engine spiders that a page or website has been permanently moved to a new page.

302 Redirect (temporary move) - a web page is temporarily moved to another web page

302 redirection is actually a bit similar to 301. In actual observation, you will find that the website will automatically redirect to another URL. However, for search engines, since search engine spiders will continue to crawl the original URL location and index it, when a page or website has been moved, do not use this code to notify the search engine spider. Unless there is a temporary change, it is better to use 301 redirection for permanent and long-term changes.
