This post-mortem template allows you to separate project insights into the following categories:
Correct attempt : Achievements that deserve recognition
Challenge : Obstacles encountered throughout the project
Post-project tasks : Tasks pending once the project is completed
Team performance : Aspects relating to teamwork in general
Lessons Learned : Summary Conclusions
During the post-mortem meeting, the Status Board can serve as a discussion platform. Use the New Entry column to add a review component and relocate it to the appropriate status using the drag-and-drop function.
The Post-Mortem Board serves as a snapshot of the entire checklist, summarizing the highlights, lowlights, and obstacles of the project. The To-Do Board displays the agreed-upon action items once the project is complete.
