Héliora, graphic designer, tell your story with authenticity

Communication is a very broad field that requires a variety of skills. Many professionals work in this sector: photographer, videographer, graphic designer, printer, web developer, etc. Wanting to democratize ethical communication , I decided to meet these communication professionals who share my vision and work to make this environment more authentic and eco-responsible. The first person to agree to talk to me about her job and her vision is none other than my graphic designer and illustrator friend, Héliora. Like me, she puts people and authenticity at the heart of all her actions. Her work reflects the history and values of her clients. And that makes all the difference.
Héliora, the graphic designer who tells your story.
Hello Héliora! Thank you for sharing with me your vision of visual cambodia whatsapp communication. We share a common pillar: authenticity. But before getting to the heart of the matter, could you introduce yourself for my readers who don't know you?
Hi Clémentine! So my name is Héliora and I am a graphic designer-illustrator. Concretely, I support entrepreneurs in the creation of their visual communication from their visual identity/logo to their communication media. I do both print (posters, flyers) and digital media (visuals for social networks, website). I also sometimes do novel covers or visuals for individuals such as announcements.
I studied a master's degree in visual communication at ECV in Bordeaux for 5 years. During my last year of study, I was already doing small freelance projects, so when I graduated I went straight into business for myself.
You did like me! Except I didn't know where I was going. Didn't it scare you to jump into the deep end of entrepreneurship?
Not at all! I realized that I have a lot of entrepreneurs in my family. I have parents, cousins, uncles and aunts who are entrepreneurs. It's something normal for me. I knew the employee model, I did internships during my studies and I quickly understood that it was not for me. Being a freelancer suits me perfectly because I can manage my time, choose my clients and create real human relationships.
I want my work to serve my life and not the other way around. I have always seen my parents manage their schedules around their children. And I find that this is the perfect model if I want to build my family. I do not have incredible financial ambitions. I simply want to find a balance between my professional life and my private life.
