Similar to Twitter and Instagram, you can also use hashtags in your posts . Make sure that you don't use more than three to five of them. I recommend following LinkedIn's hashtag suggestions and not getting too creative. Hashtags on LinkedIn basically work the same way as on other social media channels: They categorize your posts. Use them to establish yourself as an expert on your topics and to strengthen your brand.


You can also go live on LinkedIn and "talk" directly to your followers. To be allowed to post live videos, you must apply to LinkedIn and, once approved, actually go live at least once within 60 days.
