There is an endless amount of work for us solopreneurs - from bookkeeping to software updates, from customer projects to working on our own business... and private life also demands its due. So where do you start? Todoist supports you by allowing you to prioritize tasks according to the Eisenhower matrix - and by assigning tags (i.e. labels) and filtering accordingly. This is super practical. You can get an initial idea of how you can use these in the screenshots in this post. I will describe this in more detail in a tutorial.

Integration with other tools and collaboration with other users
Todoist is an app that works with many other online apps. If necessary, with Zapier or IFTTT or another automation tool, you can synchronize and automate many things in your work with other tools. Of course, Todoist is also suitable for teamwork. If you have a virtual assistant or employees, you can all use Todoist to keep track of current and upcoming projects.

GDPR and Todoist
So what about personal data in Todoist? Is Todoist safe?

If you only manage your own projects with Todoist, you don't need to worry about GDPR . But what if you also want to track customer projects with Todoist? Even the name of a customer (first and last name) is considered personal data. If you store additional information (for example, by adding the telephone number or email address to a task), the topic of GDPR becomes relevant.
