SEO is "a" channel, no longer "the" channel
How many times have you heard this sentence " SEO is dead "? If you work in the sector I think millions of times, personally I have never understood why there is this obsession/fixation of wishing for the demise of our beloved SEO discipline.
SEO certainly continues to be one of the most important inbound marketing channels today because the performances coming from this channel tend to be better and the cost of acquisition remains among the best.
SEO is not the solution to all the world's problems
I have made the necessary premises and I would be crazy if I did not how does cash app work? consider SEO my reference channel, also because to date it remains the one I know best, but there are situations where SEO can in order be:
Fundamental
Important
Totally useless
My latest book "SEO & Inbound marketing" focuses a lot on these aspects trying to explain and also "educate" on the concept that the channel to choose for a digital marketing strategy should not be chosen by default, often because we are better at one discipline rather than another, but by carefully analyzing different dynamics such as budget, objectives and KPIs well defined upstream.
When SEO is essential
As I said before, the mistake to avoid is to start off like a rocket without having analyzed with criteria and reasoning the current situation of your client or your project. Having done this, I would like to analyze with you in an exhaustive manner the three points explained previously.
So when is SEO essential?
Generally speaking, when you have a budget available, SEO should always be the mother of every strategy.
Metaphorically speaking, SEO should be imagined as the activity that allows you to have a shop in the center of the city rather than remaining at the bottom of a peripheral neighborhood.
Is SEO Dead? No, It's Just Changed
