The collaborative and communal nature of our CRM software is very important to us - we do not want to encourage colleagues to "isolate" themselves from one another, especially in sales , but rather believe that transparency in sales has enormous potential for motivating all employees. Every employee can see all offers and their status, including the monetary value. Thanks to the transparency and documentation of all events in the offer, concerns about misuse have so far remained unconfirmed. On the contrary: Our experience and customer feedback show that transparency has led to a more positive atmosphere in the team and the fixation on key figures and individual customers has been somewhat reduced.

We definitely want to maintain this transparency because we think it is exactly the right way for small and medium-sized companies. Despite all the transparency, it is important to keep the focus in order to see the urgent and important offers directly.
