Otherwise, you can quickly be unlucky and the most important participant isn't there at all because something important came up that you weren't told about, or there isn't enough time available. By reconfirming a few days before the date, you can cover yourself and make sure there are no nasty surprises.

When confirming an appointment over the phone, you can use the opportunity to ask a few questions straight away. Who else will be involved in the conversation? Which department of the company do the participants come from? Have you perhaps already had contact? To do this, check your CRM for any notes about the customer or emails that have already been written to them.

Another important question: Does chile telegram screening everyone speak German or is the meeting in English? This is not uncommon, especially in large companies, and it appears much more professional if you are prepared for this moment, for example by providing information material in English. And, if this was not clear in the first meeting: Can you narrow down the needs a little? Because new participants often bring new topics to the table. Or is what you have prepared up to this point just right?

As soon as the date has been confirmed and you know who will be attending, you can clarify organizational questions at the end of the conversation, such as how to get there or where to park. Is there a parking lot or do you need to plan time to find a parking space? Which gate do you enter the site through and who should you ask for at reception? Will you be picked up or can you move around the site independently?
