I like to work in a results-oriented manner and that is much easier as an entrepreneur or self-employed person than in a corporation. In my experience, personnel development measures in large corporations are often only carried out for the sake of being carried out - for example because a works council has requested them. That australia telegram screening was very unsatisfactory for me. I also sometimes have the feeling that Excel takes on a life of its own in many companies. I think two things are crucial if you want to be successful in sales:
1. A genuine interest in people.
2. Asking yourself what value you are creating for your customer.
In addition, your own attitude as a salesperson is very important. Do I have a picture of my ideal customer in my head? Do I actually know who I want to reach?
