But enough of that! Let's get back to our main topic, how the LinkedIn algorithm works and what you can do to make your posts reach as many people as possible.
Every time you publish a post, LinkedIn's algorithm acts like a referee on the pitch, spain rcs data evaluating your traffic based on a variety of metrics.
Posts are classified into one of three categories that affect how many people will see your content and how much it will be promoted.
How does this work in practice? Imagine LinkedIn’s content algorithm becoming an arbiter, evaluating your every move from start to finish.
Medal-worthy content
The best possible rating. Your post complies with the rules, is valuable and nothing raises any objections. The algorithm determines that the content is “on the level” and gives it full support in your network’s feed.
It’s like you scored a perfect shot, which the referee rewards with a loud whistle – you’re going for the win! The content gets the green light and the LinkedIn algorithm promotes it more widely.
Content to improve
The algorithm has doubts – maybe your post didn’t generate enough engagement or the quality of the content is borderline. It’s like you played correctly but not completely precisely – the judge watches but doesn’t give full support.
