First, let's start with screen recording of your PC screen.
If you have a Mac PC, you can record your screen training directors email database using the pre-installed applications.
The tool we will use is "QuickTime Player" .
QuickTime Player
When you open the app, it will appear in the top bar, so select New Screen Recording from File.
Click the red button and start recording!
It is possible to record the entire screen, but you can also select a portion and record it, so you can record only the part you need.
This is the actual photo that was taken.
For more information on how to use QuickTime Player, please refer to this page.

2. Edit the video
Once you've recorded it, use video editing to edit only the parts you really need.
This can also be done using standard applications on a Mac PC.
The app I used was "iMovie . "
And here is the video after editing to cut out the unnecessary parts.
Video editing takes time, so I won't go into detail here, but if you don't know how to use it, you can check out this.

3. Convert video to GIF
This is where the problem began.
For editing the video, I was able to use the standard applications, but I had to find an app to turn it into a GIF video.
I searched for "GIF editing app" and found many results. I downloaded and used about three of them.
PicGIF Lite is the easiest to use and has become my ideal GIF creator.
It was also easy to use.
First, click Add Video to select the edited video and convert the video into multiple images to make a GIF.
At that time, about three frames per second made it easy to view when converted to GIF.
Once loading is complete, click the play button to see it in action.
You can adjust the size and video speed (number of frames) using the properties on the right.
Once you're happy with the result, press "Create GIF" in the top right corner and you can save it on that screen once it's complete.
Please note that only up to 300 frames can be loaded at the time of loading , and on some PCs , if there are more than 150 frames, the GIF creation process may become too slow and crash.
The number 150 is merely the result of my own experience, so feel free to adjust it as you go.
Yes! It's finished!!
Here is the finished product I created for the purposes of this explanation.
