Organizations rely on Qlik when they seek insights that can be transformed into successful decisions. With a unique associative model and an agile management model, Qlik enables companies to make meaningful and profitable use of their data. In this article, we tell you about four cases of companies that solved data-driven challenges using the Qlik platform.
Saving money
Below we present two cases of companies that have turned their data into savings:
Case 1: LUSH
It is a cruelty-free, vegetarian and vegan online cosmetics store from the United Kingdom, handmade with fresh and natural ingredients such as fruits, vegetables and oils.
Lush used Qlik to link stock, sales and time to product expiry, identifying specific patterns to reduce inventory waste from warehouse to store, whilst maintaining its commitment to product freshness. Using Qlik, Lush saved £1m in the first two years.
Case 2: USIC
It is a public services infrastructure and cambodia number data preventive maintenance company that operates in the United States and Canada.
USIC and Qlik created an app to track fleet usage patterns and discovered the connection between idle time and fuel expenses. Their challenge was to reduce fuel costs for a fleet of 5,500 trucks. By doing so, USIC saved $2.5 million within the first three months.

Competitive advantage
Here are two cases of companies where Qlik not only improved operational performance, but also created a competitive advantage:
Case 3: ADP
Global leader in Human Capital Management solutions.
Qlik and ADP built an integrated dashboard and 150 custom reports that deliver clear visualizations of staff turnover, sick leave rates, and other key HR metrics. In doing so, ADP differentiated itself from its competitors by enabling more than 2,500 customers to instantly spot causal connections and better manage their workforce plans.
Qlik's reporting and analytics offering led to increased customer satisfaction and improved win-loss ratios in sales processes. You can read more about this case here .
Case 4: Danone Spain
It is a French agri-food multinational engaged in four activities: fresh dairy products, water, infant nutrition and medical nutrition.
Danone in Spain used Qlik to automate customer orders based on stock, sales, sales history and other key data, while providing valuable insights to its sales force across all devices.
In this way, Danone transformed its supply chain management, reducing costs and improving sales performance. They reduced returns by 5% and increased availability on the shelves by 3%.
In our next article, we will present four more cases, which show the impact of Qlik in obtaining reliable data and how it contributes to the work of non-profit organizations.
