A call to action, or CTA, is used in digital marketing to capture the attention of customers. It is a button that serves to attract potential customers and increase lead conversion. In other words, it encourages the user to go through the last stage of the buyer's journey and generate greater profit for the company. For a call to action to work properly, the company must measure its performance. This is achieved by measuring its performance in the digital marketing strategy. How to Create a Call to Action in HubSpot 4 Steps
1. Create
The first step is to go to Marketing > Lead Capture > CTAs . The Calls to Action tool will then open.

The main dashboard will display the CTAs that exist in your HubSpot account. At the top right, click the Create CTA button to access the creation menu.

2. Customize
In the pop-up on the right-hand side, you'll find the call-to-action editor. Under Button Content, you'll need to enter the text you want to fill in the CTA. You'll then be able to choose from different button styles, colors, typography, and advanced options. The platform also allows you to use an image for the button instead of a color.

3. Add elements
From the Options tab you can add the internal name of the CTA. That is, the name that will appear in the account to identify and organize your calls to action. You can also choose its redirection and the campaign to which it belongs. When you finish the process, click Save .

4. Establish CTA
The last tab provides a preview of the CTA. The process will be completed when you click Close . You can also create a smart version or multivariate test of the same call to action.
