Analysts paid attention to users' transitions to the services' official websites and people's behavior when comparing two similar messengers.

It turned out that representatives of small and medium-sized companies both in 2016 and 2017 prefer Skype to other analogues. A fifth of all visitors pay attention to it. Telegram took second place, and WhatsApp came in third. Slack, which Amazon and Microsoft were interested in buying in 2016, came in fourth place.

It is worth noting that another Microsoft communication product, ecuador whatsapp number list Teams, has recently appeared on the market. “This year, it is most often compared to Slack, and 3 times more often than to Telegram. But it is too early to make predictions about its promotion,” the study notes.

Users are interested in Telegram's main functions three times more than in WhatsApp Messenger's capabilities. In 95% of deep comparisons, survey participants chose Pavel Durov's product.

When choosing a messenger for business, users are interested in message encryption and available integrations. Based on these parameters, organizations usually choose Skype, Telegram or Slack.

The least interesting features for employees are built-in smileys, stickers, desktop sharing, and file sending. This is already an obvious and integral part of business messengers.

At the start, when the finished product needs to be integrated with most applications, users choose Slack. They are interested in the ability to work with Trello, Youtrack, Asana. In the case of Telegram, users are attracted by integration with CRM systems - amoCRM, Bitrix24, Megaplan, Planfix.
