1. Summer is for Automation: 3 Hugs to Master Hubspot
We have prepared an intensive training experience to learn how to automate in HubSpot. With 3 training sessions in June, July and August, you will learn everything you need to make the most of the platform's advanced features.

The tool offers a multitude of options and one of the most interesting is the automation option , which will help you reduce time, save resources and improve customer relations. 2. What is a HubSpot HUG?
Hubspot Hugs are a great place to learn how to master the tool. Hugs are held internationally in specialized Hubspot training sessions for all members of the community. More than 150 cities around the world enjoy this space to share knowledge and updates about the tool.

3. What are you going to learn in our HUGs?
In these webinars we will teach you how to save time and increase the growth of your company thanks to the correct use of HubSpot and its different functionalities. In addition, we will analyze the importance of having the Sales and Marketing teams work in alignment in your company, since both play a vital role within the sales process.

In the Hugs we will see how to automate lead tracking thanks to email campaigns, which help different prospects move through the conversion funnel. In addition, another important issue that we will address is how to create personalized and automatic emails without having to have the salesperson write and send the emails manually, since this can end up being a long and costly process. We will talk about the activation options and the conditions that can be taken into account to send the email at the most appropriate time for each lead.

In the first HUG we will talk about how to align Marketing and Sales departments and join forces thanks to HubSpot automation tasks to improve sales results. At the July HUG we will show how to work with workflows and Lead Nurturing strategies. In the end, the workflow is a very powerful feature that will allow you to know how your emails are working. A workflow will allow you to visually create a strategy based on the path that the lead takes and the different stages it goes through and to build customer loyalty.



Finally, the third and final HUG will focus on Reporting and Dashboards. We will explain how to create custom reports with automatic data extraction to be able to perform a complete, real-time analysis of how each campaign has performed.

HubSpot makes it easy to create custom reports that focus on answering a specific question or topic you want to analyze. It does this by linking all of your CRM data with your marketing, sales, and service data to get a holistic view.
