The first is the "Events" report in your standard reports. The second is the advanced exploration area, where you can quickly build a custom events report.

Here's how to do both, starting with standard reports.

View GA4 event data in standard reports
To see the full list of your GA4 events, click the " Events " link in the "Engagement" reporting area.


You will see a list of all events sorted in descending order by the number of events. You can click on each event in the list to see additional details.

You can sort any standard report in Google Analytics by clicking the small gray arrow to the left of the column header.
