Instagram's business account offers the ability to categorize messages containing offensive terms as Hidden Requests, giving them even less visibility on your interface.

Brevo's Conversations feature is a chat customer service tool that allows you to centralize all your customer interactions from Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and the web chat widget in one place.

To integrate Instagram DMs into the tool, you need to have Brevo's Pro Conversations plan activated , as well as using an Instagram business account (i.e. a professional account). It can be tried for free for 30 days and then costs €13 or $15 per month.

After logging in with your Brevo account, here are the steps you need to follow to reply to Instagram messages on the platform:

Create a Facebook Business account, which is used to centralize the company's activity on Facebook and Instagram (even if you only use one of the two social networks). Both platforms belong to the Meta company, so all business activity is centralized here.
If you use a personal Instagram account, convert it to a business account.
Connect your professional Instagram profile to your Facebook Business account.

Link your Facebook Business account to Brevo Conversations (even if you're only interested in using Instagram).
Connect your Instagram account(s) to Brevo.
Grant Brevo permission to work with messages from your new zealand telegram data professional Instagram account .
Click on “Connect.” Once you’ve followed, you’ll be able to reply to all your Instagram conversations from the Brevo platform.
