All questions that force me to make sharper choices in advance. And the sharper the choices, the greater the chance of success will be!
After some research I have chosen to work out twice a week. But is that specific enough? For example, how long do I work out? I can't avoid it, I really have to tighten this goal. New attempt: 30 minutes of fitness twice a week.
This formulation is perfectly SMART. With this I can determine whether I am keeping to this goal or not. And the great thing is, if after a few months it turns out that I am behind on my weight loss schedule, then I could even adjust something in my training strategy.
Realistic goal?
What is not unimportant is whether this Goal is realistic. For this I have sought advice from a sports expert. This sports trainer indicated that exercising twice a week for 30 minutes should be perfectly doable and that this will ensure good combustion. Losing weight will certainly be possible with this. Great. The trainer immediately has ideas for a good training program that is suitable for me. That's great, because I need that to determine the Strategies later.

Do's and Don'ts: The Pitfalls
What are the 4 pitfalls to avoid if you want to get your (business) plan on 1 A4?
1. Your plan is not SMART
One of the big pitfalls can be that you think you have a great OGSM plan in your hands, but that you notice along the way that your goals are not SMART enough. Your plans and goals must be Specific, Measurable, Acceptable, Realizable and Time-bound. Realize that every time you are making your plan. Don't be too easy in that. Don't be too impatient. And don't be satisfied too quickly. Test it again and again and keep yourself sharp in that.
2. 'Wanting everything' will get you nowhere
Dare to choose. Let me make the comparison with skating. It is now almost impossible to win a long distance championship as a sprinter. Do you want to win as a skater? Then you have the best chance if you specialize in the most suitable distance for you.
