Hackers are ramping up their attacks on organizations worldwide with the Covid pandemic. There was a 238% increase in attacks on banks and a 600% increase in attacks on cloud workers between January and April 2020 alone. With fewer employees working on the same secure network in close proximity, it’s important for organizations to shore up their cybersecurity strategies and pivot them to home networks and mobile work devices from home.
Trend 10: Transformed Customer Experience
It’s no longer enough to just have the best chile phone number library products. The new wave of millennials are moving from loyalty to convenience. They’re looking for digital experiences that support the modern web in the form of advanced web apps, truly native mobile apps with best-in-class user experiences, intelligent chatbots, conversational apps, wearables, and immersive experiences that leverage augmented reality.

Workers have been demanding more work flexibility for some time, and an organization choosing to allow remote work on a large scale would normally be an extreme enough point to warrant a headline or two. This year, suddenly going from home to work for good was the only viable alternative for some organizations, especially in regions with severe Covid lockdowns. Indeed, even as economies slowly restart and employees are allowed to return to work, organizations will continue to entrust workers with potential pandemic resistance. Several large tech organizations, such as Google and Facebook, have expanded their work from home arrangements throughout 2021 or throughout 2021. Significantly, smaller organizations are keeping this newfound flexibility as an operational choice.
