In running the Vernon Auto Group, Colin knew exactly what was needed to win in the fierce competition in this industry. However, the previous manager's management policy did not place any importance on the Internet. In fact, the salesmen had PCs on their desks, but some of them were not even turned on, and seeing this, Colin felt that a strong change was necessary.
"The reality is that we were a small local car dealership trying to compete in a small town with a limited market. In that situation, it was essential for us to succeed online.
