The free FASTPANEL panel is not inferior to other paid panels and also has built-in functionality for creating and restoring backup files. The interface for setting up backups is well thought out, contains all the necessary options, it is very easy to understand for an inexperienced user to start working, which is very pleasing. Using the panel you can:

Create an account for backup

Email - mailbox where reports on copy execution will be sent
path - path to the location where the copies are saved
