If you are not addressing end customers but companies, first create a profile of a typical organization, focusing on important aspects such as industry, company structure, number of employees, decision-making process, etc. Then imagine the specific people who are in charge of purchasing and other decisions relevant to your offering.

Where to get enough information for preparing personas
As we mentioned before, in order to create profiles, you need to thoroughly understand your (potential) customers and their needs. It is important to know how your business can meet these needs. It is not always as clear-cut as it may seem at first glance, so we recommend not to underestimate this step.

You can use various customer survey methods to obtain relevant data , it is ideal to combine several of them . At Včelište, we most often use:

questionnaire survey,
in-depth interviews,
internal workshop,
external surveys and statistics (e.g. Atlas of Czechs ),

keyword analysis tools.
