It could definitely have been a lot quicker and more efficient if we had been accompanied by someone with real practical experience. No matter how well they know HubSpot, a real 1:1 connection to the problems in day-to-day marketing is almost inevitably not present, or at least was not present during our onboarding. .
However, since we wanted to become a HubSpot partner ourselves, it was only logical that we took this rocky road alone to build up all the HubSpot know-how that we have today.
