THE GOVERNMENT OFFERS MORE AID TO COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE TRAINING TO THEIR WORKERS WHO ARE ON ERTE.

Post by nurnobi40 »

On Sunday, September 26, 2021, the Government presented a new program to social agents to extend the Temporary Employment Regulation Document (ERTE) due to the coronavirus. UGT sources informed Europa Press that the plan provides for greater social security exemptions for those companies that provide training to suspended workers.

Specifically, at the meeting held "on an urgent basis" in the afternoon, the executives in the field of ERTE activity limits granted a 20% exemption to companies with more than 10 employees that did not offer training to their employees, and 50% to those that do training programs.

For smaller companies with fewer than 10 employees, these exemptions will reach 50% without training and 70% with it. In the ERTE due to barriers to activity, the exemption for all companies will always be 100%.

The Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Immigration argued architect database that, if it is extended under current conditions, many sectors will be excluded from the temporary dismissal plan because activities have resumed.
Sources from the department headed by José Luis Escrivá point out that "since some workers have withdrawn from the labor market since the beginning of the pandemic, we believe that it is more necessary than ever to invest in training

The Government's recommendations for companies to be able to benefit from exemptions are as follows:

Companies with between 10 and 49 employees must dedicate 30 hours to training.
Companies with 50 or more employees will increase their training to 40 hours .
At GRUPO atu, we offer you a large number of subsidized courses so that workers in different sectors can develop new skills and improve their personal and company competitiveness.
