2019 Review: Taking Stock to Move Forward

I have been self- employed for three years . During all these years I have regularly questioned myself. This is how I move forward: by questioning my results and my desires. Am I still well aligned with my why? What are the things that work and those that need to be reviewed? Taking stock is essential to help me grow and develop my business. And what better time than December to take a retrospective of the year that has just passed?

I'll explain to you why it's important to take stock regularly.

Why take stock when starting a business?
I take stock of my activity very regularly. At the end of each month, I note what worked or not and what I need to improve in the coming months. It's a fairly quick assessment but it is essential in my daily life. It allows me to adjust my actions.

A life well lived
When you start a business, you often feel like you're living hong kong whatsapp number data two years in one because of all your actions. You have to meet your deadlines. You have to communicate about your business. You come up with new projects. Your energy is devoted to your customers. But on a daily basis, you don't take the time to step back and look at your business as a whole. And that's a shame!.

By taking stock, monthly, quarterly or annually, you dedicate time to your business in order to improve it. And in a way, you give yourself time. In a life at 100 miles an hour, it is important to know how to slow down, take a step back and breathe. This way, you will be able to appreciate your successes, learn from your mistakes and start again on a better basis. But for that, you have to stop and take stock.

The first one allows me to write down my big ideas as well as the call-to-actions associated with each content. I like to wring my brain on paper. It's easier for me. In fact, it's in this notebook that I write down all the content ideas that come to me as the days go by. This written version is always by my side because my Bullet Journal is my second brain. So, I can modify it at the last minute if necessary.
