Any buyer may find themselves in a situation where circumstances have changed after placing an order and they need to urgently cancel or change the placed order.
The easiest way that can be offered to the user is to simply cancel the order in their personal account right on the website.
It would seem, why not make a functionality with a "Cancel order" button in the user's netherlands rcs data personal account?
