Regarding young talent, Lenovo is firmly committed to education and student development. Could you explain this project to us?

We are deeply committed to education and therefore believe in a unique and different value proposition for both students and teachers. At Lenovo, we implement solutions that include hardware, software and services that create a better daily learning experience. Classroom management software tools, such as Lenovo LanSchool and AirClass and Google Classroom, simplify and adapt to different environments. We are clear that the future is in education and for us it is a priority area.

Do you think Spain is a good country for business? How can we retain young talent in the country?

I think there are opportunities, but people are not taught how to exploit them properly. At Lenovo we are committed to young people and I am sure that in our country there is a lot of talent that we should not let go. To retain this talent in Spanish companies we must promote personal and professional development, the reconciliation of work and family life, the management of a good work environment or the possibility of promotion within the company, among others.
