For this reason, INCIBE has launched the MOOC “Management of privacy, digital identity and online reputation”, aimed at people interested in acquiring good habits to protect their privacy, digital identity and reputation on the Internet, as well as learning to avoid risks and threats that arise from using the Internet.
The course will start on November 7th and will last 2 months and will use the MOOC methodology to complete the course in a flexible way, allowing independent learning at all times, always taking into account the start and end dates set.
It is divided into 10 modules structured sequentially and each one contains different resources that will help in your learning, such as pedagogical presentations, manuals, infographics, video tutorials, videos explained by experts, simulations, references of interest or evaluation questionnaires.
During the training, we will cover aspects of privacy and digital identity management, as well as reputation on the Internet and social networks. We will give you advice on how to avoid falling into financial scams, theft of personal information and avoiding unwanted advertising. You will also learn how to safely use cloud storage platforms and effectively manage passwords. In addition, you will learn about the help and reporting channels available to you in case you are the victim of an online attack.
